Your order usually dispatched within 2 to 3 business days after you place your order. We don�t ship on weekends or holidays, so orders that come in on those days generally ship out within three business days.

To help prevent delivery delays and extra charges, please double check the shipping address prior to submitting your order. The most common mistakes made when providing us with a shipping address are incorrect zip code, missing company name, missing suite or apartment number, and wrong street number.
In all fairness, packages that are returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address will be charged shipping charges again when your package is reshipped. In addition, any fees billed to us by UPS for address correction or address change will be charged to you when we receive them. Carriers typically bill $5.00 for correction of each ground package and $10.00 for correction of each air package regardless of how minor the address correction may be.
Packaging
We believe in preserving the Earth�s resources, so we reduce, reuse and recycle whenever we can. Our packaging may not win any beauty contests, but we'll always ship your order in appropriate packaging to help ensure it arrives in good shape!
PO Box or APO/FPO
Shipments to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses will be shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail. EMS speed post does not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
